District 7 Coaching Policy…
All District VII
Division 1 U11-U12 coaches must have an "F" coaching license.
U13-U14 must have a "E" coaching license. U15-U18 an "E/D" coaching
license.
Justification:
In order to better
teach the players of District VII, we need a progressive soccer coaching
program that develops coaching skills at a rate compatible to that of
the players. This also will lay the basic foundation of coaching
uniformity within District VII.
